“ Despite visiting Porthcawl all my life I’ve never been to Isabella until today. Wish we had visited sooner. We had the two course set menu excellent value and beautifully cooked. Had fish cake with chili sauce to start followed by chicken Barbados. Also, had garlic bread with cheese as a side it was one of the best garlic breads I’ve ever had. Was stuffed when we left. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos. ”

“ What a gem of a find on a side street off the waterfront in Porthcawl. Amazing food at reasonable prices. Pretty busy for a Tuesday night in August too. We ate prunes wrapped in bacon. Baked Brie. Steak. Braised beef. Salmon. Apple pie cheesecake to die for. Lemon tart. White profiteroles. And great wine. Lovely and friendly staff. ”
“ The food we had was perfect Staff were spot on with service & knowledge. It started to get busier when we were leaving. My only criticism is that the steak is expensive compared to other restaurants in the area ”
